Premier League football was put on hold for one weekend, due to the international break, which saw players jet off to their respective countries to participate in international games.

Not so many fans enjoys the switch from club football to international games, because it comes with some consequences, which includes the risk of players getting injured while playing for their respective countries, and some other players who traveled to red listed countries could also miss games for their club, on their return from international games.

The international break is finally over for the month of October, and players are making way back to their respective clubs, as the Premier League is set to resume action this weekend.

The Premier League will bring some interesting games this weekend, which includes Brentford hosting the current table toppers Chelsea, Manchester United will also travel to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester City, while Manchester City host Burnley at the Etihad stadium.

1. Top 3 Teams To Maintain Position

Currently, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City occupii the top three position on the league table, and it is likely the three teams keep their position at the end of game week eight.

The Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea side will face impressive Premier League new boys Brentford this weekend, and Chelsea will have it at the back of their minds, that Brentford can’t be taken for granted, as the new Premier League boys registered an impressive 3–3 draws against Liverpool, and a 2–1 win in the last game against West Ham United.

Despite Brentford good form, Chelsea should have enough fire power to collect all three points.

Liverpool Will play in an early weekend kickoff this Saturday against Newly promoted Watford side.

The jurgen Klopp’s men will look to get back to winning ways, having drawn their last two games against Brentford and Manchester City.

While Manchester City is expected to collect all three points at home against Burnley this weekend.

These possible results could keep the premier league top three teams in same position after the end of the game week.

Manchester United will face a strong Test against Brendan Rodgers Leicester City side this weekend, as they have struggled in the last two Premier League games.

The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side has an impressive away record in the Premier League, but their long unbeaten away record could be at risk this weekend, with their two first choice center backs, Raphael Varane and Harry Maguire struggling with Injury.

3.Arsenal To Continue Impressive Form

After losing their first three games of the season, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal side has gone on a four games winning streak in the league, conceding only once.

They now face Crystal Palace in a London derby game at the Emirate this weekend, which could be a chance for them to improve on their good form, by defeating Crystal Palace.
