African Team of the Year featuring Mohamed Salah, Hakim Ziyech and two Nigerian stars

Many African Players had an outstanding year in 2020, with many of them impressive as the clubs clinched their League titles in the respective League across Europe. And those who could not help their clubs clinched a title in their respective League but we’re instrumental in their clubs clinching a European spot in Europe Competition
Here is our African Team of the Year.
Goalkeeper – Édouard Mendy

Centre-back – Joël Matip
The Cameroon centre-back suffer many injuries set back in 2020 but still played his part in Liverpool clinching their first-ever Premier League title in 30 years. And this season he had overcome all his injuries worry as he had become a regular in the team.
Right-back – Achraf Hakimi
The Morocco fullback had a good 2020 as he was impressive while on loan at Borussia Dortmund. He scores 5 goals for the German club which earned him a move to Inter Milan in the last concluded transfer window. And this season he had scored 4 goals in just 13 appearances for the Italian club in the league.
Defensive midfielder – Idrissa Gueye
The Senegalese midfielder was instrumental as Paris Saint-Germain we’re able to reach the UEFA Champions League last season. He also helps the French club to clinch a treble last season as they won the Ligue 1, Coupe de Frances and Coupe de la Ligue last season. He has also continued in the same fashion as his club is through to the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of Manchester United.
Defensive midfielder – Wilfred Ndidi
The Nigerian International is one of the finest defensive midfielders in the Premier League. He helps his Leicester City side to finish 5th in the Premier League as they finished ahead of Tottenham and Arsenal in the league. And this season he had proceeded in the same way as his club sits 3rd position at the end of 2020.
Attacking midfielder – Christopher Nkunku
The former Paris Saint Germain midfielder had a good year in 2020 as his side RB Leipzig reach the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League. And this season he had continued in the same fashion as he helps his side to qualify for the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions at the expense of Manchester United.
Left Winger – Sadio Mane 
The Liverpool winger was one of the integral players that help Liverpool to clinch their first-ever Premier League title in 30 years. And last season he scored 18 goals for the Champions in the league. And this season he had already scored six goals in just 15 league appearances for Liverpool.
Striker – Mohamed Salah
The Liverpool forward goals were one of the reasons that Liverpool was crown the League Champions in 2020. He scores 19 league goals for Liverpool last season as they won their first-ever Premier League title in 30 years. And this season he is the League’s top scorer with 13 league goals in the Premier League.
Right-winger – Hakim Ziyech
The Chelsea winger had a good year in 2020 as his former club Ajax won the Eredivisie division title in 2020. And his good performance in 2020 earned him a €40 million move to Chelsea in the last transfer window. And this season he had become a regular in the team to the extent that his club has suffered a setback in their title race bid since he was out injured
