Cech, Terry and Mikel react after Timo Werner’s strike wins Chelsea goal of the month

Germany star Timo Werner has on Monday evening saw off the competitions from some teammates to win Chelsea’s October goal of the month, after his excellent strike against Southampton won the highest points from the club supporters.

The former RassenballSport Leipzig of Germany striker scored a beautiful goal in the month of October, when Chelsea played host to the Saints at Stamford Bridge, where they later played a 3-3 draw.

Werner went on a solo run in Southampton’s defence before scoring past the Saints goalkeeper Alex McCarthy to gave Frank Lampard led team the lead before conceding a late goal to play out a draw.

Chelsea football club posted a short video of Timo Werner’s wonder strike against Southampton on their verified Instagram handle on Monday evening, with the caption of;
