Chelsea news and transfers live: Rudiger contract, Tuchel on Man City loss, Abraham mistake

The Blues are still reeling from their first defeat of the season on Saturday, with both Thomas Tuchel and Cesar Azpilicueta heavily critical of the overall team performance in the 1-0 loss to Manchester City.

But attention now turns to the Champions League clash at Juventus on Wednesday night, on paper the toughest game of Chelsea’s UCL group.

The Turin side will be without star forward Paulo Dybala and ex-Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, but the Blues have plenty of injury problems of their own with Reece James and Mason Mount set to miss out on the all-important clash.

But the drama also extends off the pitch, with several Juve stars linked with a move to Stamford Bridge over the weekend, and there might just be some possible high-profile Chelsea departures as well.

With so much going on make sure you keep up to date with all the latest news and transfer rumours by following our live blog below!
