Chelsea Preparing To Leapfrog Man United To The Signing Of England Star In The Coming Window

New reports have claimed that Chelsea are seemingly eyeing a surprising move for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho this January.

The Englishman was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United last summer transfer window as the Red Devils strongly believed that they could convince the winger to make the move to Old Trafford.

But despite all the transfer rumors that personal terms had been agreed between both clubs, Dortmund refused to sell out one of their best players and he remained at the club.

Sancho has been linked with a move to United again for the past few months, but it appears that Chelsea are preparing to leapfrog the Red Devils and secure his signature in the coming transfer windows.

According to the Daily Express, Chelsea are preparing to make a move for Jadon Sancho in the upcoming windows as the Blues are closely monitoring his situation at Dortmund, with the likes of Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic not having the best of start to the new Premier League campaign.

However, same source also claims that Chelsea may not a move for Sancho until the summer transfer window as they’re only serious about Declan Rice’s transfer this January, who is Frank Lampard’s top target.
