Chelsea Ready To Complete £65m Massive Signing Of World-Class Defender In January

Chelsea won their Premier League match against West Ham United on Monday, having lost two of their last Premier League outings, of which the latest came during their clash with Everton last week.

The West London club have reportedly shown interest in securing the services of 28 years old Bayern Munich defender since the past weeks, as Frank Lampard wants to reinforce his defense once the winter transfer window reopens.

Chelsea can now kick start a pre contract negotiations with the 28 years old in the coming weeks, as Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has admitted the defender will leave the club.
