Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea side was the better side in the game and deserved to win but Porto will have themselves to blame for committing two defensive blunders which cost them the game. Goals from Mason Mount and Benjamin did it for the blues at Sanchez Stadium.
n the other quarterfinal, the fixture saw a surprise win for Maurizio Pochettino’s Paris Saint-German side as they grabbed an important away win against defending champions, Bayern Munich.
It was Kylian Mbappe who led the route as he scored twice to inspire an important win for Paris Saint-German.
