Frank Lampard slams EPL for putting Chelsea in this difficult situation with this decision.

We all know how hectic the EPL schedule is during the Christmas period and how it affects player’s fitness. The regular Boxing day fixtures for round 15 of the EPL starts on Saturday, 26th of December, but Chelsea’s Manager, Frank Lampard is not happy with the Premier league on how they arranged Chelsea’s fixtures.
He admitted that everyone is suffering from the compressed fixture lists but feels the EPL are not fair with the way they arranged Chelsea’s recent EPL fixtures. Chelsea travel to Arsenal on Saturday, the 26th and host Aston Villa on monday, the 28th of December meaning the Blues will play two games in less than 48 hours.
Frank Lampard said his Player’s fitness is his utmost priority and the Premier league are not helping his cause. He also slammed the EPL for making Chelsea’s title rivals, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United play their games two, three days in between which in turn gives them, undue advantage.
Chelsea have Ben Chilwell, Ziyech and Hudson Odoi out with injury with the latter set to play some part in the Blues game against Arsenal. Lampard wants the EPL to consider his team when arranging the fixture list or he maybe forced to put a rotated team as he has promised against Aston Villa.
