Good news for Chelsea as injured winger is set to come back for clash with Mancity

Chelsea failed to pick up the whole 3 points as they were left with just one point as they played a draw with Aston villa at Stamford bridge.

Frank Lampard’s starting line up saw Callum Hudson Odoi and Christain Pulisic on the wings while Oliver Giroud was up front.

Oliver Giroud’s header saw Chelsea take the lead in the 34th minute but Aston villa immediately levelled the game after El Ghazi put a shot past Mendy .

After yesterday’s game, Frank Lampard admitted that he was missing the creativity of injured winger Hakim Ziyech. Hakim Ziyech suffered a hamstring injury at Stamford bridge when they defeated Leeds United by three goals to one.

 

Since Hakim Ziyech’s injury, Chelsea have only won just one game in their last 5 Premier League fixtures.

Frank Lampard has stated that there is a possibility of Hakim Ziyech coming back against Mancity on Sunday.
