Hakim Ziyech Make Another Premier League’s Team Of The Week As Harry Kane Replace Timo Werner

Every week in the English Premier League undoubtedly comes with premium actions, thrills and drama also. And while some players flop, some others perform outstandingly.

After every game week however, a team, comprising of the best performers in each position is usually picked to create a virtual team called the “Premier League’s Team Of The Week”, and this week was not exempted.

With Westham players dominating and using the 4-4-2 formation; Below is the Premier League’s Team Of Week For The Just-Concluded GameWeek 8.

Goalkeeper.

Lukasz Fabianski was apparently the most outstanding goalie as he didn’t only keep a cleansheet against Fulham, he also had 3 saves in the match, not forgetting the penalty he saved.

Defenders

An all English defensive line made up of Matty Cash, Scott Dann, Aaron Cresswell and Ben Chilwell also impressed last week.

 

While Chilwell and Dann scored for their respective teams, Cresswell and Cash kept cleansheets while performing exceptionally also.

Midfielders

 

With each of them contributing to goal(s), Hakim Ziyech [2 assists], Tomas Soucek [1 goal], Bruno Fernandes [2goals, 1 assist] and Eberechi Eze [1 goal, 1 assist] were certainly the most distinguished midfielders for gameweek 8.

Strikers

The young and talented Ollie Watkins, together with the in-form Harry Kane have arguably been the most consistent strikers this season. While Kane scored the only for Tottenham against Westbrom, Ollie Watkins scored 2 for his side against Arsenal yesterday.

Although, the likes of Thiago Silva, Timo Werner, Kyle-Walker Peters, Matt Targett and Rui Patricio also performed well, there are no doubts that the above team contains the most outstanding players of the just-concluded gameweek 8
