I Will Never Respect You, I Feel Betrayed – Cristiano Ronaldo Slams Eric ten Hag

Manchester United and Portuguese forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has revealed that he has no respect for his manager, Erik ten Hag, due to some certain reasons.

The Portuguese superstar, who was said to have asked to be allowed to leave the club over the summer, was prevented from going by the club and the Dutch coach made it clear that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner was part of his plans for the season.

However, match after match, the former Real Madrid and Juventus talisman was being kept on the bench until a couple of weeks ago where the seven-time domestic league champion felt insulted after being put on the bench, and as a result, he fled the field after refusing to make a substitution.

Speaking in an explosive interview, the Portuguese international told Piers Morgan Uncensored on Sunday night that the club has betrayed him and that he would ‘never respect’ Ten Hag.

“I don’t have respect for him because he doesn’t show respect for me. If you don’t have respect for me, I’m never gonna have respect for you,” the Portugal captain said.

According to him, the Dutch coach and other senior executives have tried to force him out of the club.

Meanwhile, his season has started slowly, the striker under the former Ajax coach has outperformed expectations despite scoring only two goals in the Europa League and one in the Premier League.
