Chelsea have reportedly made an opening bid of £33 Million for Barcelona misfit Frenkie De Jong but they are set to face competition from Bayern Munich. De Jong is keen for a new challenge following the arrival of Xavi Hernandez as the new Manager who has sidelined him and Chelsea seems to be his favourite destination.
