See Chelsea Next 10 Matches After International Break That Will Make Them Win The EPL



The Barclays Premier League returns this weekend after the November international break with club activities returning to our screen. The international break gifts players with the opportunity to play or represent their countries in a competitive fixture.

Chelsea FC had a lot of players on international assignments last week and with the international break over, the players are back to the club to prepare for their Premier League and Champions League fixtures scheduled to take place this upcoming week.

Chelsea players enjoyed a productive break with their various national team, which saw the likes of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, N’golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Jorginho, Kurt Zouma, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger, Eduoard Mendy and others all shinning for their countries.

Chelsea has a couple of tricky fixtures ahead of them in the Barclays Premier League which could determine how their season will end this campaign. The next ten (10) can determine Chelsea’s fate in this 2020/21 Premier League season.

The Premier League is wide and open for any team to win this season, the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City are dropping inconsistent performance since the beginning of the season, and should Chelsea mount a serious title challenge by winning a good number of games they can win the Premier League this season.

Check out Chelsea’s next ten (10) games in the Premier league that could make them clinch the league if they can be able to win it.

1. Newcastle United vs Chelsea (Away):

Newcastle United defeated Chelsea on this ground last season after clinching the winning goal in the 93rd minute of the game.

Chelsea has not had it smoothly playing Newcastle United at the St. James’ Park and has suffered series of the disappointing loss. The weekend fixture is a chance for Chelsea to change the narration and mount a serious title push by defeating Newcastle United this weekend.

2. Chelsea Vs Tottenham (Home):

Another tough London derby for Frank Lampard’s men when they face Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham on 29th November 2020.

Chelsea defeated Tottenham twice last season including a 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge. Frank Lampard is expected to continue his winning form over his mentor in the Premier League. A win for Chelsea in this fixture will give them the morale to challenge for the EPL.

3. Chelsea Vs Leeds (Home):

A tricky fixture for the blues against Marcelo Bielsa men on the 5th of December 2020. Leeds United and Chelsea have not had any game in recent matches. Chelsea is expected to win this fixture easily.

4. Everton vs Chelsea (Home):

Chelsea Vs Everton clash always produced a high scoring game. Chelsea and Everton defeated each other last season with Chelsea thrashing the Tooffess 4-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Everton earlier embarrassed Chelsea that same when the beat Chelsea 3-1 at the Goodison Park to add woes to Frank Lampard’s team.

It’s another opportunity for Frank Lampard to get one over his mentor and former coach, Carlo Ancelloti. The match is scheduled to take place on 12th December 2020.

5. Wolves Vs Chelsea (Away):

Chelsea thrashed Wolverhampton 5-2 last season at the Molineux Stadium. It was the game that established Tammy Abraham as Chelsea’s first-choice striker when the young English striker clinches a hat trick to help Frank Lampard grab all the three points.

A repeat of last season result is what Frank Lampard would be hoping for when he faces Nuno Espirito’s Wolverhampton. The match is scheduled to take place on 15th December 2020.

6. Chelsea Vs West Ham (Home).

Another tricky London derby for Chelsea against a strong David Moye’s side. West Ham has been a difficult team for Chelsea in the past season and the blues were humbled on this ground last season.

David Moye’s team grabbed all the three points the last time the face Chelsea at the London stadium. Frank Lampard task is to ensure his team defeats West Ham United on the 19th of December 2020.

7. Arsenal vs Chelsea (Away):

Frank Lampard vs Mikel Arteta’s clash has been a tie so far, with Frank Lampard winning one over his rival in the league and Mikel Arteta defeating Frank Lampard to win the FA Cup. One game ended as a draw between these two young managers.

Chelsea came from behind to defeats Arsenal at the Emirate Stadium last season with Tammy Abraham scoring the winning goal for Chelsea. A repeat of last season result will be what Frank Lampard will be hoping for on the 26th December (Boxing day).

8. Chelsea Vs Aston Villa (Home):

Chelsea enjoyed a successful home and away victory over Aston Villa. Another tough London derby that might give Chelsea an easy three points and push them on the path of winning the Premier League if they can defeat Aston Villa once again on the 28th December 2020.

9. Chelsea Vs Manchester City (Home).

Chelsea stunned Manchester City in their last encounter in the Premier League. Christain Pulisic showed off why he was the best winger in the Premier League when he used his electrific pace to fire Chelsea to victory over a tactical Pep Guardiola’s side.

Manchester City has earlier defeated Chelsea 2-1 at the Etihad stadium, Frank Lampard responded positively with a similar scoreline at Stamford Bridge. A victory over Manchester City on 2nd of January 2021 will give Chelsea all the needed boost to challenge and win the Premier League.

10. Leceister City vs Chelsea (Away):

Frank Lampard clash with Brendan Rodger all end in a tie last season. Both teams were unable to get the better side of each other. Defeating Leceister City on 12th of January 2020 will boost Chelsea’s chances of winning the league.


With 15 points in 8 matches, Chelsea stands a good chance of challenging and winning the Premier League this season.
