Cavani ‘to quit Man Utd after deciding on dream summer transfer’ say shock reports

MANCHESTER UNITED striker Edinson Cavani reportedly has his heart set on a dream move to Boca Juniors in the summer.

The 34-year-old is set to become a free agent at the end of the season, though the Red Devils have the option of triggering a one-year extension.

Philippe Coutinho set for Barcelona exit as new president ‘expects him to quit’

PHILIPPE COUTINHO will be one of the names up for sale in the summer as Barcelona look to lower their wage bill, according to reports.

The Brazilian has endured a nightmare spell at the Nou Camp since his £142million switch from Liverpool in 2018.

The 28 year old Brazilian spent last season on loan with Bayern Munich who turned down the opportunity to sign him permanently.

Chelsea weigh bid for long-sought Gimenez

Chelsea are considering a summer transfer move for Atletico Madrid centre-back Jose Gimenez, according to The Athletic.

The 26-year-old has reportedly been on their radar since 2016, and they were publicly linked with him last summer. He’s been limited by muscle injuries this year, starting just 12 games in La Liga due to a lack of availability.

Henry wants eventual Arsenal reunion

Thierry Henry told FourFourTwo that he would love to work for Arsenal in any capacity, joking that his love for the club would even lead him to “cut the grass at the Emirates Stadium” if needed.

There has long been speculation that Henry will eventually manage the Gunners.

Kylian Mbappe considered too pricey as Citizens focus on Erling Haaland

Manchester City will focus their efforts on trying to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland after being priced out of a move for PSG star Kylian Mbappe, say reports. The PSG star’s salary requirements make his signing financially unviable.

Pep Guardiola’s side are on the lookout for a new striker this summer and the Athletic reports that Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku and Harry Kane of Tottenham are among the players they are interested in.

Mahrez on Real’s radar

Riyad Mahrez has been placed on Real Madrid’s “priority list” of transfers.

Pep Guardiola’s preference is for the winger to remain at Manchester City, but Fichajes claims Real are circling and could make a bid.
